CarrierConnect is primarily a business marketplace. Users who wish to take full advantage of the CarrierConnect online trading floors must register, and then be authorized by CarrierConnect, before trading or accessing more detailed information. You may have entered into other agreements with CarrierConnect in relation to the use of CarrierConnect goods and services. These General Terms of Use and any applicable Restricted Access Terms apply in addition to those other agreements. To the extent of any inconsistency between those other agreements and these General Terms of Use or any applicable Restricted Access Terms, the latter shall prevail.

Governing law

These General Terms of Use and any applicable Restricted Access Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes arising under them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. If any provision of these General Terms of Use or any applicable Restricted Access Terms is invalid or unenforceable under any applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
